The Long Island Fencers’ Club is proud to announce its partnership with The School House, a distinguished independent educational institution located in East Northport, New York. Under the leadership of Executive Director Philip J. Daly, this collaboration represents an exciting opportunity to introduce The School House’s Learners to the dynamic and rewarding Olympic sport of fencing.
Through this partnership, the Long Island Fencers’ Club provides in-school fencing instruction during the regular academic day, allowing interested Learners to experience the fundamentals of Olympic fencing in a structured, supportive, and engaging educational environment. The program emphasizes physical fitness, coordination, discipline, strategic thinking, self-confidence, sportsmanship, and personal development.
Learners who wish to further develop their fencing skills and explore additional competitive or recreational opportunities are invited to participate in the Club’s Fencing and Advanced Fencing Classes, offered in the Huntington and Patchogue areas. These programs provide opportunities for continued instruction, athletic development, and advancement within the Olympic sport of fencing.
