Family

The Engelmann Construction family is based in our hometown of Northport, NY, where our main office, yard, and shop are located. Working together as a family business can be tough at times, but overall, it's a gift. Our biggest challenge is stopping the shop talk at holiday gatherings.

Although we are located in New York, we have regional (East Coast) capabilities with years of successful projects under our belts. One of the things we especially enjoy is staying accredited with certified teams in every roofing system. That way, we can present solutions to our clients based on their needs. It may sound a little commercial or pitchy, but it is 100% true.

Our teams are always supervised by an Engelmann Construction principle and as a result, we have a 98% satisfaction rate with a referral business that is the envy of our competition!
