The Long Island Fencers Club is a 501c3 nonprofit fencing club dedicated to encouraging physical fitness, mental acuity, and social engagement through participation in the Sport of Olympic Fencing at the local, regional, national, international, and collegiate levels. The Long Island Fencers’ Club was co-founded by Philip & Christina Daly in September 2022. The Long Island Fencers’ Club is a Premier Fencing Club with the United States Fencing Association (USA Fencing). It provides a professional educational atmosphere, no bullying, and a judgment-free zone for students to discover the Olympic Sport of Fencing.
The Long Island Fencers Club is committed to a strong equal opportunity program without regard to race, color, sex, religion, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, genetic information, or reprisal.
Philip J. Daly is our Executive Director and Head Fencing Coach of the Long Island Fencers Club with an extensive fencing background that spans more than five (5) decades on the local, regional, national, international, and collegiate levels. Executive Director Philip J. Daly is a United States Air Force veteran, retired Detective of the Suffolk County Police Department, lifetime USA Fencing Coach, SafeSport certified, and criminal background checked.
The Long Island Fencers Club welcomes students to join our fencing classes and begin their journey into the world of Olympic Fencing. The Long Island Fencers’ Club offers five distinct levels of instruction for the three disciplines of Olympic Sport of Fencing. The three disciplines for the Olympic Sport of fencing are Epee, Foil, and Sabre. Long Island Fencers’ Club students can participate on the club level as recreational fencers and/or attend local, regional, and national tournaments.
Join us for beginner fencing lessons.
Thank You for your time and consideration.
Please take a moment to consider giving the gift of fencing to those needing a helping hand. The Long Island Fencers Club teaches more than the Olympic Sport of Fencing; we instill a sense of "Honor and tradition" in all who join us.
